Refund and Returns Policy
We provide a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
1. Return Process:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at support@butterflyhaze.com with your order details and reason for the return.
- Prepare the Item: Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, with all original packaging and accessories included.
- Ship the Item: Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed shipping instructions. Please follow the guidelines to send the item back to us.
Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Please note, items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping Costs:
There is no cost for returns within the 30-day return window.

4. Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders, engraved or made-to-order items)
- Sale items and gift cards

5. European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. This is in accordance with EU regulations.
To qualify for this 3-day cooling-off period, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Important Note: The cooling-off period does not apply to certain items like perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items. Please refer to our Non-returnable Items section for more details.
6. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process.
